摘要
GH4169合金经过热变形及热处理后,采用最大m值法进行高温拉伸实验,研究形变热处理效果及其超塑性行为。结果表明,热变形后的高温合金经δ相析出热处理后能析出大量细小弥散的δ相,再结晶退火后得到均匀细小的组织。在相同的变形条件下,与传统的恒应变速率拉伸相比,最大m值法拉伸可以得到更高的伸长率。
The effect of heat treatment and its superplastic behavior of superalloy GH4169 were studied after heat deformation and heat treatment using the maximum m method through high temperature tensile test. The results show that the superalloy can precipitate a large number of small dispersion δ phase after heat deformation and the treatment of δ-phase precipitation, and can attain small uniformly structure after recrystallization annealing. Using the maximum m value tensile method can gain higher elongation compared with the traditional constant strain rate tensile method at the same deformation condition.
