摘要
采用金相显微镜、电子扫描显微镜和能谱分析仪分析了新型镍铝青铜合金的铸态组织,并对经不同热处理后的金相组织进行对比分析。实验结果表明:铸态合金组织主要由α相和K相组成;在850~900℃进行热处理,合金可以获得较好的综合力学性能。
The as-cast microstructure of nickel-aluminium bronze was analyzed by metallographic microscope, electron microscope, energy spectrum analysis, and the microstructure after different heat treating was compared and analyzed. The results show that the as-cast microstructure of nickel-aluminium bronze is composed of ot phase and K phase. The alloy heat-treated at 850-900℃ can obtain better mechanical property.
