摘要
利用单道次压缩实验,在Gleeble-1500热模拟机上测定了X65管线钢的动态再结晶曲线,研究了变形条件对其动态再结晶行为的影响,从而为利用CSP技术生产X65管线钢工艺优化提供一定的理论依据。
The dynamic recrystallization curves of X65 pipeline steel was measured by single-pass compression test on Gleeble-1500 thermomechanical simulator. The effects of deformation conditions on dynamic recrystallization behaviour of X65 steel were studied. The analyzing results in recrystallization can provide the references for determining the controlled rolling parameters in practice.
