预防性饮料排铅效果的综合研究

Comprehensive study of effect of preventive drink on Leadelimination

本文以研制一种具有平缓的排铅效果，无毒、副作用，可供铅作业工人长期服用的饮料而达到预防铅中毒为目的。经过反复多次的动物实验研究，筛选出以中药为主要成份，并有一定排铅作用的康达饮。然后对康达饮用大鼠进行了三个月的排铅效果实验；对铅接触男性工人１８人进行为期６周的排铅效果观察以及对在岗的铅作业男性炉前工８３人进行为期三个月的排铅效果试验。结果表明，铅作业工人长期饮用康达饮，可增加尿铅的排出，减少机体的铅负荷，且无出现副作用，对机体的必需元素也无影响，对预防铅中毒确有裨益。

In order to produce a preventive leadeliminating drink possessing the specificities of eliminating lead smoothly,nontoxic,noside effect and capable for long period administration,a formula of the drink named Kangdayin was established after repeated animal experimentsThen a series of studies were conducted,including a study on lead eliminating effects in rats for 3 months,an observation on the effects in 18 leadexposed male workers for 6 weeks,and a study on 83 leadexposed male furnacersThe results demonstrated that Kangdayin could increase the excretion of urinary lead and decrease the bodys lead burden without any observed side effect and any affection on bodys essential elementsIt suggested that Kangdayin would be effective in the prevention of lead poisoning
