Research on SiC Foamed Ceramic Used for Solar Energy Storage

摘要 采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺制备了具有三维连通孔的SiC泡沫陶瓷,通过确定合适的固相含量和选择恰当的粘结剂获得了对有机泡沫具有良好涂覆性能的料浆。结果表明:磷酸二氢铝是一种比较理想的粘结剂。对烧结样品进行了XRD、SEM测试分析,同时测试了样品的气孔率和抗弯强度。研究在1 400℃烧结温度下保温2 h获得了性能优良的泡沫陶瓷样品,其主晶相由SiC、刚玉、方石英和莫来石组成,气孔率为78%,抗弯强度为0.71 MPa,热扩散率为5.335×102m2/s。该SiC泡沫陶瓷有望用于太阳能热发电中的蓄热材料。 The SiC foamed ceramic with three-dimensional connected pore was prepared by organic foam impregnation. Slurry by confirming proper solid content and adding effective binder was optimized to uniformly coat the organic foam. It was found that AI (H2PO4)3 is an effective binder. The sintered samples were measured by XRD and SEM methods. The porosity and bending strength of the sintered samples were also characterized. The SiC foamed ceramic with good properties can be obtained under sintered temperature 1 400 ℃ for 2 h, the main phases of the SiC ceramic foam are SiC, α-Al2O3, cristobalite and mullite. The porosity and bending strength of the samples are 78% and 0.71 MPa respectively. The thermal diffusivity of the sample is 5. 335 × 10^2 m^2/s and the foamed ceramic has promising potential application in solar energy storage.
