聚合物粗纤维混凝土抗冻性能研究 被引量:5

Freezing-thawing Resistance of Concrete Reinforced by Coarse Polymer Fiber

摘要 以钢纤维混凝土和素混凝土为参比体系,采用快冻法研究了聚合物粗纤维混凝土100次冻融循环下的质量损失、动弹性模量变化和抗弯性能,及未经冻融混凝土28 d抗弯性能。研究结果表明,聚合物粗纤维可明显提高混凝土抗冻性能,更为重要的是,冻融后的聚合物粗纤维混凝土和未冻融混凝土均具有独特的"挠度回弹"特性,能在混凝土结构破坏自行恢复,可提高结构安全性,但对混凝土抗冻性能的增强效果低于钢纤维。 Physical and flexure properties of coarse polymer fiber (CPF) reinforced concrete with different CPF volume content, steel fiber reinforced concrete, and concrete without fiber in and after 100 freezing-thawing cycle were experimentally investigated in this paper. The 28 d flexure properties of concrete not being freezing have same mix proportion were studied also. The results show that CPF can improve the freezing-thawing resistance of concrete. Furthermore, CPF can decrease the flection of concrete after freezing-thawing recycle, as it works in concrete not being freezing . That improves the safety of structure. However, the effect of CPF on freeaing-thawing resistance of concrete are lower than that of steel fiber.
