摘要
成功的交通分流组织能有效地促进扩建施工工作和降低扩建施工所造成的社会负面影响。根据道路通行能力理论,总结了3种扩建施工方案,提出了3种不同类型的高速公路扩建期道路基本路段通行能力的计算方法,为制定交通分流组织方案提供依据。
Successful organization of traffic divergence can promote expressway construction expansion and reduce its negative impacts on the society. Based on theories of expressway capacity, three kinds of expansion plans are summarized and three different types of calculating methods of basic expressway section capacity during expansion are put forward, which provide the basis for working out organization plans of traffic divergence.
