摘要
针对船舶艉轴末端在螺旋桨集中载荷作用下发生挠曲,艉轴轴线与艉轴承中心线成一夹角的实际工况,对计入艉轴倾角的船舶水润滑艉轴承的雷诺方程和膜厚方程进行推导,并根据实船数据应用数值计算方法对轴承润滑性能参数进行计算和对比分析。结果表明:艉轴倾角的增大会使得轴承末端液膜压力急聚增加,轴承边缘效应明显。
Aiming at the working condition that there is an angle between the axis of stem shaft and stem bearing due to the deflection on the tail end of stem shaft caused by the concentrated load of propdler, The Reynolds equation and the film thickhess equation of water-lubricated stem bearing reckoning in inclination of stern shaft were derived. The lubrication performance parameters of bearing were computed and contrastively analyzed by means of the numerical computation according to datum on a certain ship. The results show that with the increase of the inclination of stem shah, the liquid film pressure on tail end of bearing is increasing sharply, and the edge effect of the bearing is obvious.
