三维超声在诊断宫内节育器位置异常中的价值 被引量:13

Clincal Values of Three-dimensional Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Intrauterine Device Dislocation

摘要 目的:探讨三维超声(three-dimensinal ultrasound,3D-US)在诊断宫内节育器(IUD)位置异常中的临床价值。方法:二维超声(second-dimensional ultrasound,2D-US)检查提示或临床疑有IUD位置异常的31例患者进行三维超声检查,以宫腔镜或手术结果为金标准,将2D-US和3D-US检查结果分别与宫腔镜或手术结果对照分析,评价2D-US和3D-US的敏感性和准确性。结果:2D-US和3D-US诊断IUD位置异常的敏感性(76.9%vs 96.3%)、准确性(77.49%vs 96.8%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维超声简便、有效、无创,对IUD位置异常的诊断具有较高的敏感性和准确性,有助于临床选择合适的治疗方法和手术途径。 Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional ultrasonography(3D-US) for intrauterine device (IUD) dislocation. Methods: A total of 31 patients with suspected IUD dislocation were examined by 3D-US and 2D-US, and the findings of ultrasound were compared with the hysteroscopic or surgery results, and analyzed to assess sensitivity and accuracy of 3D-US and 2D-US. Results: The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of 2D-US and 3D-US for IUD dislocation were 76.9% vs 96.2%, 77.4% vs 96.8%, respectively. The diagnostic accuracy of 3D-US was significantly higher than that of 2D-US(P〈0.05). Conclusion: 3D-US is a simple, effective and non-invasive method with high sensitivity and accuracy for detecting dislocations of intrauterine device, and its usage is useful in the selection of appropriate management and surgical procedure.
