光相干断层扫描观察外伤性黄斑裂孔白发闭合四例 被引量：3

摘要 例1 患者男，18岁。左眼被足球击伤后视物模糊2h就诊。检查：左眼视力0．1（以下均为最佳矫正视力），屈光间质清晰，直接检眼镜检查见黄斑区视网膜浅脱离，黄斑中心凹见一圆形裂孔，大小约1／8视盘直径（DD），边缘不整齐。裂隙灯三面镜检查周边部视网膜未见明显异常。荧光素眼底血管造影检查显示在相当于中心凹处有一窗样缺损，其周围视网膜荧光渗漏。
