静电自组装制备新型复合材料及其表征

Preparation of a Novel Composite Material Using the Electrostatic Self-assembly and Its Characterization

摘要 采用静电自组装及真空冷冻干燥技术,制备了聚乳酸(PDLLA)/硫酸软骨素(CS)/壳聚糖(CHS)新型复合材料。利用各种分析手段对材料进行了表征,包括用紫外可见光谱监测自组装过程;利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)对材料的表面结构及组成进行分析;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及扫描探针显微镜(SPM)观察了材料的形貌;最后对复合材料的力学性能进行了研究。 In this work, the poly (D, L-Lactie aeid)/chondroitin sulfate/chitosan (PDLLA/CS/CHS) composite materials are successfully prepared using the electrostatic self-assembly and vacuum freeze-drying techniques. The self-assembly process is monitored by UV-Vis spectra, while the morphology, as well as the surface structure and composition of the-prepared composite materials are characterized by the scan electron microscopy (SEM) and scan probe microscopy (SPM), Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), respectively. Furthermore, the mechanical property of the prepared composite materials is also researched.
