摘要
结合某桥的实际情况,对自锚式悬索桥吊杆张拉进行了理论和施工分析。对吊杆分6轮进行张拉,6轮张拉吊杆的范围和力有很大区别。利用检测设备测得张拉过程中各吊杆的受力状态、鞍座位移、塔顶变形等,均较好地满足了施工要求,说明该自锚式悬索桥桥的吊杆张拉方法是可行的。针对该座桥吊杆的张拉方法提出了改进的方法,对其它自锚式悬索桥的吊杆张拉有一定的参考借鉴作用。
The constructors always were beseted by the problem that how was tensed reasonably for suspension cable tension of self-anchored suspension bridge. According to the practical state of a bridge, suspension cable tension of self-anchored suspension bridge was analyzed from the theory and the construction. Suspension cables were tensed for six turns. Tension force was very differrent for every suspension cable in every turn. Tension state, saddle displaement and main tower deforming were detected by detection device and the construction requirment was satisfied well. This method of suspension cables tension was proved that may be applied to this bridge. The improved method was put forward and may be referenced in some self-anchored suspension bridges construction.
