Research on DO,ORP and pH Profiles During Nitrogen Removal Process in the Integrated Intermittent-aeration Membrane Biological Reactor

摘要 研究了一体化连续流间歇曝气膜生物反应器IMBR在2 h曝气、2 h搅拌的运行工况下,对COD、NH4+-N、TN的去除效果以及一个运行周期内DO、ORP和pH在线参数的变化规律。结果表明,在低C/N比条件下,IMBR有很好的脱氮效果,在一个运行周期内DO、ORP和pH曲线上的特征点有较好的重现性,可以作为IMBR工艺脱氮过程的控制参数。 The Integrated Intermittent-aeration Membrane Biological Reactor (IMBR) was investigated under the working condition with aeration of 2 h and mixing of 2 h. The COD, TN and NH4^+ -N removal effect and DO, ORP and pH profiles were researched during nitrogen removal process in IMBR. The results show that the nitrogen removal effect of IMBR is better under the low C/N ratio. The characteristic points of DO, ORP and pH in one operated period have better recurring characters. Online DO, ORP and pH values can be used as control parameters for nitrogen removal process in IMBR.
