Research on Regulatory Recycling Decision-making of Renewable Resources

再生资源能否以规范回收方式进入到规范循环经济体系是循环经济发展的关键问题,通过建立家庭再生资源规范回收的EPR实施模式博弈模型和策略博弈模型对此进行了深入研究。EPR实施模式博弈模型表明,再生资源规范回收面临着公共资源悲剧。理论上看,通过引入惩罚机制可以弱化这一悲剧。但监督博弈分析证实,该机制在实践中并不可行。在此基础上,建立了家庭再生资源规范回收的策略博弈模型,并以柯布-道格拉斯函数作为效用函数对其进行了实证分析。根据EPR实施模式博弈模型与策略博弈模型,探析了循环经济发展中再生资源规范回收的EPR实施模式和回收策略。

Research the regulatory recycling decision-making of household renewable resources based on the game theory. The regulatory recycling of household renewable resources is confronted with the tragedy of the commons. Theoretically, the penalty rules to be implemented can weaken this tragedy. Furthermore, the analysis, based on the supervision game, reveals that the supervision over the non-regulatory recycling depends on the penalty rules is unrealistic. Then, the game theory is used to research the decision-making about the regulatory recycling of household renewable resources, the Cobb-Douglas function employed as the utility function to conduct an empirical research into the decision, from which nine proposals are concluded to demonstrate the recycling strategy.
