员工敬业度研究现状探析与未来展望 被引量:44

摘要 本文归纳、整合了敬业度的定义和维度,辨析了敬业度与工作卷入、工作满意度等相关概念的区别,从工作因素、心理因素和互动过程三个角度解释了敬业度的决定机理,介绍了敬业度的测量方法,梳理了有关敬业度的前因变量和结果变量的实证研究,最后指出了现有研究的不足和未来的研究方向。
