描述了空管系统开发中一种用于网络层数据可靠传输的消息中间件的设计与实现,通过基于TCP阻塞与非阻塞的灵活应用,可以实现分布式数据传输,该中间件接口使用简单,已在实际开发应用中取得满意效果,同时也为进一步的研发打下了较好的基础。

This paper presents a Mom＇s （Message Oriented Middleware） design and implementation in ATC（Air Traffic Control） system. By using blocking and non-blocking TCP socket flexibly,this MOM provides a distributed and dependable data transmission. Meanwhile it gives simple APIs and has perfect performance in engineering application. Furthermore, it has laid foundation of further research.
