摘要
针对织机监控特点,采用ZigBee无线网络技术及传感器技术,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的分布式织机在线监控系统。进行了监控网络结构、节点硬件电路、网络协议和软件设计,实现了对织机运行参数和故障的实时监控。为纺织生产中织机运行状态的监控提供了一种新技术。
Especially for the loom run features,we design the loom run online monitoring system which is based on ZigBee technology and using ZigBee wireless network technology and sensor technology.The system includes the design of monitoring network structure,node hardware circuit and software, and has realized the Loom operating parameters and fault in distributed loom.The wireless monitoring system has provided a new technology for the textile looms.
