Problems and Strategies of Making Profits for Ethnic Minority Areas in China

民族地区实现民族利益存在三个方面的问题:一是实现利益的能力有待提高;二是产权界定有待明晰;三是民族利益法律体系有待健全。为保障民族利益,促进民族地区经济发展,从主观因素分析,就是要提高民族地区实现民族利益的能力;从客观因素分析,就是要建立产权明晰的民族利益体制与法律保障。

There are three barriers for ethnic minorities areas in China to make profits： weak in competition, undefined property rights, and imperfect legal system. In order to safeguard the profits of these areas, the competence of ethnic minorities should be improved, distinct property rights must be clarified and the relative legal system must be perfected.
