摘要
目的应用光化学法建立实验性兔视网膜静脉阻塞(retinal vein occlusion,RVO)模型。方法新西兰白兔10只,静脉注射孟加拉红后,激光照射视网膜静脉诱导兔眼RVO模型。分别于建模后1h、1d、3d行直接眼底镜和眼底荧光血管造影检查(fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)。3d后摘除实验眼,行组织学检查。结果9只兔眼经光化学法诱导后,直接眼底镜、FFA检查见光凝远端视网膜静脉扩张迂曲、视网膜出血水肿等典型RVO表现;组织学检查证实光凝视网膜静脉有静脉血栓形成。结论应用光化学法能成功建立可复制、稳定的兔RVO模型,应用此动物模型,可进一步探索RVO的药物治疗并评价其疗效。
Objective To establish an experimental retinal vein occlusion (RVO) model in rabbits with photochemical method. Methods The animal models were achieved by laser irradiating retinal veins after intravenous injection of photochemical drug in 10 white New Lealand rabbits and were confirmed by direct ophthalmoscope and fundus fluo- rescein angiography(FFA) on 1 h, 1 d, and 3 d respectively. The experimental eyes were enucleated 3 days later for the pathological examination. Results The RVO models were successfully established in 9 rabbits,which were confirmed by direct ophthalmoscopy and FFA. Mfer occlusion, diffuse retinas hemorrhages, retinal edema and venous dilation was observed. Pathological examination showed that the occlusion was caused by intra venous thrombosis. Conclusions An experimental RVO model could be achieved by using photochemical method. This method offered a better animal model for medicine treatment and evaluation of its therapeutic effect.
