摘要
本文根据间歇反应过程的特点和控制要求,设计了一个间歇反应化工仿真软件,对过程工业常见的间歇带搅拌釜式反应器进行了分析和研究.在间歇反应过程中,对液位、温度和压力的控制是整个过程控制的关键,为此本文针对性的设计了反应釜液位控制单元、进料控制单元、恒温控制单元、安全报警控制单元,并采用模糊PID控制算法对各个单元进行控制。各单元的控制程序通过西门子Wincc软件编程实现,控制结果通过设计出的仿真软件画面显现出来。
In this paper, a chemical reaction simulation software is designed according to the system characteristic and control requirement. And the intermittent agitator reactor which is used in the industrial process is analyzed and researched. The control of liquid level, temperature and pressure are the key to the whole control process. This article designs some modules which includes the reactor level control unit, feed control unit, constant temperature control unit, and security alarm control unit. Fuzzy PID algorithm is adopted, which control the various units. The control results are displayed by Siemens Wincc software.
