摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定仙桃草中木犀草素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水-磷酸(48∶5∶47∶0.4),流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为254nm。结果:木犀草素进样量在0.1004~0.9036μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.5%,RSD=1.21%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于仙桃草药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of luteolin in Veronica peregrina by HPLC. METHODS: The chromatographic separation was performed on Diamonsil - C18(250mm×4.6mm.5μm) and the mobile phase consisted of methanol - acetonitrile - water - phosphoric acid(48 : 5 : 47 : 0.4) at a flow rate of 1 mL ~ min 1 and with a detective wave- length of 254 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of luteolin was 0.100 4--0.903 6 μg(r = 0.999 9) with an average recovery rate of 97.5% (RSD = 1.21%, n = 9).CONCLUSION: The method was proved to be simple, accurate and sensitive, and suitable for the quality control of luteolin in Veronica peregrina .
