摘要 依照生命周期理论,企业和产业的效率依赖于针对其生命周期中各阶段的特征而采取针锋相对的管理措施,在企业的生命周期过程中,企业家通过机会识别、机会资本化、资源获取与控制、结构优化,进行企业战略演化,并形成企业家的生命周期。在企业成长的不同阶段,对企业家精神的需求重点也不尽相同,若按这种适配性分析来要求企业家精神不同方面重点的拓展与发挥,企业成长就会更快、更稳。 On the life - eyele theory,the efficiency of the businesses and industries dependents on tit - for - tat measures in accordance with the charaeteristies of various stages, in the life eyele of enterprises, entrepreneurs identify opportunity for the adoption, make the opportunity capitalization, access to resources and control , optimize the structure of the process, formulate strategic evolution of the enterprises, then form the life -eyele of the entrepreneurs. In different stages of the growth of enterprises, it is not the same demand for the focus of entrepreneurship, if the analysis of matching up the entrepreneurship, the enterprises will grow faster and smoother.
