Using self - organization theory and methods, the paper establishes the evolution equation of corporation based on Haken model. It analyses the typical characters of dissipative contracture which the corporation system possesses. And it proposes a theoretic constructing of the Chandl - er＇ s structure - strategy model to study the evolution of the corporation system.
