摘要
对中国石油化工股份有限公司荆门分公司酮苯重套装置加工HVI500N的原料性质、溶剂组成、溶剂含水、过滤操作、以及一段滤液质量等进行了分析。生产实践证明,通过优化工艺操作,将溶剂中水质量分数控制在0.5%左右,溶剂中丁酮质量分数控制在50%,投用一段脱油滤液作脱蜡二次稀释溶剂工艺,油蜡综合收率可提高约8个百分点。
The HVI500 feedstock properties, solvent compositions, solvent water content, filter operation and 1 st-stage filter liquor quality of the toluene-butanone dewaxing unit in SINOPEC Jingmen Company are analyzed. The operation has proved that the oil and wax yields can be increased by about 8% by optimization of process operation, control of water and butanone in solvent at about 0.5% and 50% respectively and application of dewaxed oil of 1 st-stage as the dewaxing oil of the next stage.
