消泡剂在丙烷脱沥青工艺中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 中国石油天然气股份有限公司克拉玛依石化分公司0.8 Mt/a丙烷脱沥青装置开工后由于沥青系统存在大量泡沫,加工量无法提至设计负荷,而且部分丙烷随沥青外送带出装置,增加了丙烷消耗量。针对此问题,装置在沥青系统中注入了消泡剂。结果表明,消泡剂的注入可以减少沥青溶液中的泡沫,抑制泡沫的生成,从而提高了塔器的有效容积并改善了闪蒸效果,使中压系统中沥青和丙烷分离更加完全;减少了闪蒸引起的携带,延长了中压空冷的使用周期;降低了闪蒸塔及汽提塔液面,使操作更加容易控制;降低了沥青外送泵及压缩机的负荷,使设备在更加良好的工况下运行,延长了使用周期;丙烷单耗降低了0.7 kg/t,单位能耗费用降低了2.3 RMB$/t。 After the start-up of propane deasphafting unit of Karamay Petrochemical Company, a large amount of foam was present in the asphalt system, which made it impossible to raise the operating capacity to the unit design capacity. Furthermore, part of propane was carried over out of the unit with asphalt which increased propane consumption. To solve this problem, antifoamer was injected into the asphalt system. The results show that the injection of antifoamer has eliminated the presence of foam in liquid asphalt, inhibited foam formation, increased effective volume of tower and the flash efficiency, improved separation of propane from asphalt, reduced canry-over caused by flashing, extended the service life of medium pressure air cooler, lowered the liquid level in flash tower and stripping tower, made operation easier, decreased the loads of asphalt pump and compressor, improved operating conditions of equipment and extended the operating cycle of the unit. The propane consumption is reduced by 0.7 kg/t and 2.3 Yuan RMB/t is saved.
