In the report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promoting an ecological civilization was put forward as a historical task. In fact, many meanings were mentioned in Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844, though he didn＇ t name it ecological civilization, relevant thinking was an important guiding significance today.
