摘要
克钦族是一个分布在中、缅、印三国交界处的跨境民族,历史上实行山官制。山官制有"贡萨"和"贡老"两种形式,分别具有不同的内容和特点。二者在一定的条件下可以相互转换。
Kaehin people is a trans - border ethnieity. They spread from the Northeast of India to the North of Myanmar to the West of Yunnan province. Kachin people practiced duwa system in the past. Gumsa and gumlao are two different forms of the duwa system. Both of them have different contents and characteristics. Under certain circumstances one of these two forms of the duwa system can change into the other form.
