摘要 循证医学在现代医学中占据着重要的地位,但在心内科教学实践中应用循证医学却存在一定冲突。通过对冲突的原因进行分析,提出了问题的解决方法。 Although the evidence-based medicine（EBM） plays an important role in modem medicine,there has been a growing conflict between EBM and the clinical teaching practice in the department of cardiology. By analyzing the reasons,the author has brought forward some suggestions to solve these problems.
