针对军事院校8年制学员这一特殊群体,依托多样化资源的系统教学模式,在教学实践中,结合我科特点作一初步探讨。初步取得的经验包括:富有军事化特色的入科思想教育,规范、系统的临床培养,全方位人文化临床带教启迪,结合学科特色的医疗主体意识强化。
