摘要
目的:对国产安氟醚在钠石灰中的稳定性进行评价,并取得其血/气(B/G)、生理盐水/气(S/G)和橄榄油/气(O/G)分配系数资料。方法:根据双盲原则,应用两次平衡法测定国产和进口安氟醚S/G、O/G和B/G。将钠石灰和安氟醚混装于烧瓶内,分别在20℃~84℃八个温度条件下测定国产和进口安氟醚在钠石灰中的稳定性。结果:国产和进口安氟醚的S/G、O/G和B/G均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。国产和进口安氟醚在各温度点的分解率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。虽然两药在钠石灰中分解率均有随温度升高而上升的趋势,但上升幅度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:国产和进口安氟醚在不同溶液中的溶解度相同,在钠石灰中也具有相同的稳定性。
To compare the liquid/gas partition coefficients and the stability in soda lime between do mestic and imported enflurane. Method: Normal saline/gas (S/G), olive oil/gas (O/G), and blood/gas (B/G ) partition coefficients of the two kinds of enflurane were measured at 37 C and l atm using syringe-syringe twice equilibration method, The degradation rates of enflurane in soda lime were measured at 20℃, 28℃, 36℃, 44℃, 52℃, 60℃, 68℃, 76℃ and 84℃ by mixing soda lime and enflurane vapour in the same flask. Result: The S/G, O/G. and B/G partition coefficients of imported enflurane were 0.768±0.015, 109±6 and 2.08±0.06 respectively; those of domestic enflurane were 0. 734±0. 021.110±6, and 2.05±0.06 respectively without significant differences between the two kinds of enflurane (P>0.05). No significant difference was found in the degradation rate between domestic and imported en flurane at each temperature (P>0.05). It was also found that the degradation rate increased exponentialy as the temperature increasing but there was no significant difference in the slope of degradation rate versus temperature between the two kinds (P>0.05). Conclusion: The domestic enflurane's solubilities in different solutions and stability in soda lime is same as the imported enflurane's.
