The requirements of quarantine inspection the ships from a plague infected area were put forward according to some literature and the author's work experience. They included that the information of the plague infected area was mastered promptly,the situation of the inward person's health was known carefully, the rats and insects on board was inspected conscientiously,the sanitary management of goods, solid rabbish and easily infected animals from a plague infected area was strengthened. These measures were important to prevent plague spreading by ships.
