摘要 Asporin基因是一种细胞外基质蛋白,属于富含亮氨酸重复序列的小分子蛋白多糖家族。近年生物遗传学研究证实Asporin基因可通过与生长因子相互作用而影响骨与软骨的形成与分化,与骨关节炎、类风湿关节炎及腰椎间盘退变等骨关节疾病相关。该文就Asporin基因的结构、表达、与生长因子的相互作用及与骨关节疾病的相关性等作一综述。
