Lisfranc损伤手术治疗 被引量：3

摘要 Lisfranc损伤即跖跗关节骨折脱位，约占全部骨折的0．2％，是中足的一种严重损伤，多见于交通事故及坠落伤，近年发生率呈逐渐增高趋势。由于解剖结构复杂、X线影像重叠，Lisfranc损伤易致漏诊，治疗不当有较高的致残率。我院自2001年2月至2008年2月经手术治疗Lisfranc损伤34例患者，疗效满意。现报告如下。
