成人急性淋巴细胞白血病中枢神经系统白血病的预防与治疗
摘要
随着对成人急性淋巴细胞白血病（acute lymphoblastic leukemia，ALL）生物学特性的认识，治疗方法的不断改进，总的完全缓解率已经达到60％～90％。但长期生存率却不令人满意，疾病的复发成为治疗中的一个重大问题。中枢神经系统（central nervous system，CNS）是成人急性淋巴细胞白血病髓外最常见的受累部位之一。初诊时伴有CNS受累的成人ALL患者不到10％，由于CNS受累多数是在患者死后解剖时发现，之前他们只被认为骨髓受累，这个数据可能被低估。
