循环骨髓间充质干细胞体内分布和迁移的分子机制

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell,BM—MSC)是骨髓中一类具有高度自我更新和多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,在组织修复、基因治疗、增强造血干细胞植入等方面有广泛的应用前景。近年研究认为当组织损伤时,进入循环中的BM—MSC能特异性地迁移到靶组织并参与修复,但影响其迁移的机制尚未阐明,本文就BM—MSC体内分布和迁移的相关分子机制的研究予以综述。
