用^(99m)Tc-甲氧基异丁基异腈预测体内肿瘤多药耐药的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 多药耐药(MDR)是影响肿瘤化疗成功的重要障碍。早期发现MDR,从而选择较敏感的治疗药物,具有临床实用价值。最近发现,(99m)Tc-甲氧基异丁基异腈(methoxy isobutylisonitrile,简称 MIBI)和某些细胞毒药物同为 mdr1基因表达的P-糖蛋白(P-gp)的作用废物,P-gp能将它们转运出细胞,使化疗无效,也使肿瘤不表现放射性浓集。从而提示可以用简便、无创的核医学显像方法,于化疗之前预测体内肿瘤细胞的MDR状况,协助选择治疗药物;并可在治疗过程中随时监测MDR的变化,以及评价药物逆转MDR的效果。
