中外合作办学院校教师工作满意度研究——以河北科技师范学院欧美学院为例

Study on teaching satisfaction degree of schools by Chinese-foreign cooperation——with E&A college as a modal

国内外专家学者关于高等院校教学工作满意度基本理论和测评方法等方面的研究,已经取得一定的成果,而中外合作办学院校的教师工作满意度研究却很少。教师作为教学的主导,在教学过程中起着不可忽视的作用。因此关注教师的工作满意度能够有效地提高教学质量,本文利用信息技术方法以河北科技师范学院欧美学院为个案就影响教师工作满意度的因素和现状进行探索性研究。

The study on the basic theory and evaluation method in the satisfaction degree to the higher education has been improved a lot by the scholars in our country and abroad. But the study on teaching satisfaction degree of schools by Chinese-foreign cooperation is rare. As the leading factor, teacher takes tn important part on the teaching process. So paying close attention to teaching satisfaction degree can reprove the quality of teaching effectively. Making use of information technology this thesis carries out an elementary study on the influencing factor of teaching satisfaction degree and current situation with E＆A college of Hebei normal university of science ＆ technology as a modal.
