摘要
施工企业利润空间在当前日益激烈的市场竞争中逐步缩小,因此要在不断规范的工程项目招投标中参与国际化竞争,抓好工程项目成本管理、提高项目经济效益就显得尤其重要。文章通过对施工项目成本管理的控制方法进行分析,提出施工项目成本管理对策。
The profitability is shrinking due to the increasing competition.As a result, it is vital for companies to have better control on project budgeting and increase economic efficiency to survive from international invitations for bids and international competitions.The article gives an analysis on budget controlling and also provides suggestions for cost managing.
