摘要
法乐通为新一代抗雌激素抗肿瘤新药,抗肿瘤作用机制与三苯氧胺(TAM)相似,基础和临床研究显示,其对乳腺癌的疗效相当于或高于TAM。一线治疗绝经后晚期乳腺癌的有效率为50％。毒副反应轻微,主要为消化道反应及抗雌激素反应。尚未发现长期服用TAM所致的肝细胞癌和子宫内膜癌等副作用。
