我们提出对派出所的设计概念，是一个都市中的停顿点（Urban pause）。什么是“Urban pause”呢。
都市停顿点是都市中供人暂停的庇护所无论是有目的到访或是无意间经过，派出所都可以是让人舒缓停歇的场所。与都市的景观及街道设施结合后，派出所的户外及半户外空间可以成为社区中提供活动交流的新空间。
Our desisn concept for ＂Wen-Der Police Station＂ is to create an ＂Urban Pause＂. So, what is an ＂Urban Pause＂？
Urban Pause is a shelter for people to pause and ponder： A police station could be a resting place for both visftors and flaneurs. The outdoor and semioutdoor space could be occupied by local community activities when proper landscape and street furniture are provided.
