摘要
溪口乡是嘉南平原典型的农业乡．特别是它的文风鼎盛，孕育很多教育界的人才。2004年间，溪口乡有机会得到一笔兴建公共设施的经费．乡内人士一致认为要一建座图书馆。
Sikou Township is a typical rural countryside in Chianan Plain. Especially for great learning, it cultivates many outstanding persons in education field. In 2004, villagers in Sikou Township had a chance to get the infrastructure budget and had a common conscious to build a new cultural building.
