摘要
研究了保护性耕作方式下土壤化学、生物学特性及其相互关系。结果表明,保护性耕作能显著增加微生物数量,增强土壤酶活性,提高土壤养分含量。不同的保护性耕作方式下,土壤微生物数量、酶活性和养分含量存在显著差异。土壤细菌、真菌、固氮菌、纤维素分解菌数量与土壤大部分养分含量呈极显著正相关,土壤放线菌数量与土壤养分含量之间没有明显的相关性;过氧化氢酶活性与全P、全N、速效K、碱解N含量呈极显著正相关;蔗糖酶活性与土壤有机质、碱解N、速效P含量达极显著正相关,而与全N、速效K的含量呈显著正相关;脲酶活性只与全N和碱解N的含量呈极显著正相关,而与土壤中其他的养分含量之间无相关性。
The effects of soil conservation tillage measures. activities of the soil enzymes chemistry, biological characteristics and their relationship were studied under different The results indicated that the soil microbial quantity, the soil nutrition content and the all increased significantly under conservation tillage, but the effects were different under different conservation tillage measures. There were significant positive relationship between the quantities of soil bacteria, fungi, azotobacter,cellulose-decomposing bacteria and the most of the soil nutrition content, but no obvious relationship was found between the quantity of soil actinomycete and the soil nutrition content. The activity of catalase was positively correlated with the quantities of the total phosphorus, total nitrogen, available K and available N. The significantly positive correlation was also found between the activity of the sucrase and the soil organic content, available N and available P, the activity of the sucrase was positively correlated with the total nitrogen and available K. The activity of the urease was positively correlated with the quantities of total nitrogen and the available N significantly, but no obvious relationship was found between the activity of the urease and the other soil nutrition content.
