摘要
以海南砖红壤为供试土壤,分别加入不同浓度的Pb(0,50,100,200,400,800mgkg-1)模拟污染土壤,以赤子爱胜蚓(Eiseniafoetida)做接种蚯蚓,通过培养试验,研究了不同时期(30d、60d)蚯蚓在不同生长条件下对Pb污染土壤的反应,测定蚯蚓对土壤有机质、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量的影响。结果表明:蚯蚓活动促进了土壤有机质的矿化,显著提高了土壤中速效氮和速效磷的含量,对土壤的速效钾含量作用不明显。
By the methods of adding Pb into unpolluted Granitic latosol in Hainan with different levels (0,50,100,200,400,800mg kg),cultivating earthworms (Eiseniafoetida) in the polluted soil (30d, 60d), the effects of earthworm on contents of hydrolyzable nitrogen,rapidly available phosphorus,readily available potassium,and organic matter were studied. The research results indicated that the earthworm could enhance mineralization of organic matter and improve the quantity of hydrolyzable nitrogen and rapidly available phosphornitrogen in the Pb contaminated soils, but it has no remarkable effect on available potassium.
