安吉复口服液的促智作用

Effect of Anjifu oral liquid on increasing intelligence

目的观察ｉｇ安吉复口服液对动物的促智作用。方法采用小鼠跳台法、大鼠Ｙ迷路法。结果安吉复口服液（０．１，０．４ｍｇｋｇ－１，ｉｇ，ｑｄ×１４）可增强大鼠及小鼠学习、记忆能力，且对东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠及乙醇分别所致小鼠记忆获得、巩固及再现障碍均有不同程度的改善。结论安吉复口服液（０．１，０．４ｍｇｋｇ－１，ｉｇ，ｑｄ×１４）可提高小鼠、大鼠学习。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Anjifu oral liquid on increasing intelligence. Methods Stepdown test of mice and Y maze of rats were observed. Results The Anjifu oral liquid (01,04 mg·kg-1, ig, qd×14) could increase learning and memory abilities of normal mice and rats, and the drug could improve the impairment of memory acquisition, memory consolidation and memory retrieval induced by scopolamine, NaNO2 and 34 mol·L-1 alcohol respectively in mice. Conclusions The Anjifu oral liquid could increase learning and memory abilities of mice and rats.
