摘要
目的研究依扑拉芬的抗炎镇痛作用。方法用二甲苯及角叉菜胶分别诱导小鼠耳肿胀及大鼠踝关节肿胀模型,用冰醋酸、热及电刺激分别制备小鼠扭体、热板及电嘶叫疼痛模型。结果依扑拉芬(ig,50,100,200mgkg-1)对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀度有明显抑制作用,也可剂量依赖性地抑制小鼠扭体反应,显著延长小鼠热板的舔足反应潜伏期及提高小鼠的电嘶叫刺激阈值,但对角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠踝关节肿胀度没有明显影响。
Objective To study the antiinflammatory and analgesic effects of ipriflavone (Ipri). Methods The ear swelling of mice and the paw edema of rats were caused by dimethy benzene and carrageenim. The analgesic models by mice acetis acid writhing hotplate method and the vocalization. Results The results showed that Ipri (ig, 50, 100 and 200 mg·kg^-1) significantly reduced the ear swelling of mice though it did not show marked effect on the paw edema of rats. It also decreased the writhings and had anaglesin with hotplat and vocalization. Conclusion Ipri had significantly anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
