同步检测抗-HCV和HCV RNA提高HCV感染的检出率

Detectable rate of HCV infection elevated by simutaneousdetection of anti-HCV and HCV RNA

目的探讨同步检测抗－ＨＣＶ和ＨＣＶＲＮＡ可否提高ＨＣＶ感染的检出率。方法对２７５例各类肝病患者用第二代试剂盒和逆转录聚合酶链反应分别检测血清抗－ＨＣＶ和ＨＣＶＲＮＡ。结果抗－ＨＣＶ阳性率为２８．４５％（６６／２７２）、ＨＣＶＲＮＡ阳性率为３３．５３％（５６／１６７）。全组抗－ＨＣＶ和（或）ＨＣＶＲＮＡ总检出率为３２．７３％（９０／２７５）。２７５例中，单检抗－ＨＣＶ者阳性率为１２．０４％，单检ＨＣＶＲＮＡ者阳性率为２５．５８％。而同步检测抗－ＨＣＶ和ＨＣＶＲＮＡ者的阳性率为５３．２３％（６６／１２４），显著高于单检者的阳性率（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

Objective To study whether the detectable rate of HCV infection may be increased by simutaneous detection of anti-HCV and HCV RNA. Method The second generation kit and RTPCR were used to detect antiHCV and HCV RNA in sera in 275 patients with liver diseases respectively. Results The positive rates of antiHCV and HCV RNA were 2845%(66/272) and 33.53%(56/167) respectively. Of 275 cases, anti-HCV and/or HCV RNA were positive in 90 cases. The total positive rate of HCV infection was 32.73%. AntiHCV was detected alone in 108 cases and the positive rate of antiHCV was 12.04%(13/108). The positive rate of HCV RNA detected alone was 25.58%(11/43). Anti-HCV and HCV RNA were detected simultaneosly in 124 cases and the overlapping positive rate of anti-HCV and/or HCV RNA was 53.23%. It was significantly higher than those in anti-HCV or HCV RNA detected alone. Conclusion The detectable rate of HCV infection was elevated significantly when anti-HCV and HCV RNA were detected simultaneously.
