致心律失常电生理机制探讨 被引量：2

Mechanism of proarrhythmia

摘要 抗心律失常药物既可治疗心律失常，又可诱发心律失常。在治疗剂量范围内抗心律失常药物使已有的心律失常加重或诱发新的心律失常，此谓致心律失常（proarrhythmia），如药物过量引起者为中毒表现。
