摘要
高等教育传统的学科体系严重制约了高职学生获取熟练的应用技能发展,产学研结合是解决企业急需高素质技能型人才的必要途径。顺应高职教育的发展规律,分析中药制剂课程教学的特征,使其与企业有机地结合,充分发挥企业实习实训资源优势,提高学生职业技能与职业素质,增强学生就业能力,以期满足企业和社会的需求。
The traditional disciplinary system of higher education has greatly hampered the development of students acquiring practical skills and the integration of universities and enterprises can meet the demand of enterprises for skilled personnel of high quality. According to the development rides of higher vocational education, the paper analyzes the teaching characteristics of TCM Preparation and integrates it with enterprises to fully utilize their practice resources to improve students＇ professional skills and quality and promote their employability to meet the demand of enterprises and the society.
