摘要 文章针对当前大学毕业生的就业问题,采用问卷调查的形式对毕业生就业心理即对所在学校及所学专业等自身专业能力的自我评价、就业期望值、就业观念及意向和择业心理等4个方面进行了调查。结论:应加强对大学生职业生涯规划指导,使学生能够正确、全面、客观地评价自我,树立竞争意识,提高自身竞争实力。同时应鼓励学生从基层做起,加强学生的诚信教育,发展和培养大学生就业择业的良性心理,拓宽就业思路。 Considering the employment of university graduates at present, the paper investigates the employment psychology of graduates by using questionnaires, including their self-assessment, employment expectation, employment views and intentions and their psychology when choosing a job concerning their professional competence, and the result shows that employment guidance should be strengthened to help them to assess themselves correctly, comprehensively and objectively, build a sense of competition and promote their competitiveness, and that students should be encouraged to begin from the bottom, the honesty education should be strengthened, a positive psychology should be cultivated with broader views.
