摘要
目的:观察复方樟柳碱联合弥可保对晚期青光眼术后的增视疗效。方法:49例64眼经过手术治疗后解除高眼压状态的青光眼患者,随机分成单纯手术组和术后复方樟柳碱联合弥可保药物治疗组,比较两组视功能改善情况。结果:术后两组眼压与术前眼压相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后视功能改善情况两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方樟柳碱联合弥可保对晚期青光眼术后患者视功能的改善具有良好的疗效,小梁切除术后复方樟柳碱联合弥可保可以提高晚期青光眼的增视效果。
Objective：To observe the postoperative visual effect of compound anisodine united mecobalamin for advanced glaucoma patients .Methods： We chose 49 cases with 64 eyes operated, whose high intraocular pressure have been relieved after the surgical treatment. Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups - group with compound anisodine united mecobalamin drug treatment after the surgery and group without the medicine treatment. Compare these two groups of visual function to improve the situation. Result： Postoperative intraocular pressure group compared with the preoperative intraocular pressure was significantly（P 〈 0.01） ; Postoperative improvement in visual function difference between the two groups has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Advanced glaucoma patients with compound anisodine united mecobalamin treatment have got better improvement of visual function .
